Privacy policy
What data is collected and for what purpose?
Artamiti collects information from members, donors and people who rehome animals. By becoming a member, rehoming an animal or donating to us we will ask for information that enables us to administer your donation. This will normally include information such as your name, contact details such as address, email or telephone number and your payment details and Gift Aid status. We use this information to help us provide and improve our services as a charity and to keep a record of our communications with you.
Who has access to this data?
Only the board of Artamiti has access to the stored data.
Which third parties are involved?
Artamiti does not share, sell or swap your information with other organisations for their own marketing. For donations we work together with Mollie. They manage your payment details. A link to their privacy statement can be found at the bottom of their website.
What do we keep and for how long?
We retain the contact and participation data for our legitimate business interests, for statistical analysis, product development and marketing purposes. We do not use cookies, other than those of Mollie (third party cookies) for processing payments.
The email addresses used to send the newsletter will be kept until you unsubscribe from this service. This can be done via a link at the bottom of the newsletter.
When Artamiti ceases to exist, all data will be deleted, with the exception of the legal term for invoices, after which they will also be deleted.
